Caste 兵蚁 繁殖蚁   Size 6.8-11mm 28-30mm   Feature yellowish body and wingless dark brown sickle-like mandible has adult and immature guard the colony against invaders yellowish brown in color golden wings   Habitat build colonies under the ground near the root of tree require to contact with soil fly in Apr untill May accompany with rain when flying   Food Stem of Tree, Bark, Weed & Crop   Damages bore through dry wood & bark damage and enter through ventilation openings for attics and crawl spaces, nail holes and cracks damage foundation of buildings
